• Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

• Refunds: Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Exchanges: If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at  support@velmirea.com.

• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale items.
